DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

1DollarShoping respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its visitors to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can ask us to remove material from this website, and how users can respond if they believe material was removed by mistake.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on 1DollarShoping infringes your copyright, you may send us a written takedown notice. To be effective, your notice should include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if several works are involved.
  • Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, including the specific page address (URL) where it appears, so that we can locate it.
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we can contact you.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send your notice through the contact form on our Contact Us page, with “DMCA Takedown Notice” in the subject or message. Notices that are incomplete may not be processed, and we may ask you for additional information before taking action.

How We Respond

When we receive a valid takedown notice, we will review it promptly and remove or disable access to the material in question where appropriate. We may also notify the person who posted the material, if we have a way to contact them, and provide them with a copy of the notice.

Counter-Notices

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or because of a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should include identification of the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your name and contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within the period required by law.

Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and restrict or end the ability of repeat infringers to comment on or interact with this website.
